Conference to contribute comments on the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 11th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front

On December 21, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a seminar to improve the quality of the draft Political Report submitted to the 11th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2024-2029. Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates analyzed, evaluated, and commented on the draft report on the following contents: Supplementing the development of the action program of the front; the report needs to have balance and harmony between items and sections, avoiding the situation where the results section is evaluated as too long and lacking in generality; it is necessary to closely follow the practical situation of the locality to determine the direction, goals, tasks, and appropriate and practical solutions; specific targets must be given for each task; the title needs to be general, concise, clear, easy to understand, demonstrating the appeal, calling for action, and expressing determination; supplementing the report on outstanding results of member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province...

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee highly appreciated the opinions, responsibility and experience of associations, unions, former provincial leaders, and the Advisory Council. To complete the quality political report, he requested the editorial department to absorb the opinions and complete the report. It is necessary to identify that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress is not only an important political event of the Front system but also an important political event of the entire people, so the report must be popular, contain the people's factor, and promote the strength of national solidarity. On that basis, it is necessary to build a concise, specific, focused report, close to the requirements of the Front's tasks and easy to understand, easy to remember, and easy to implement. The layout must be in harmony with the direction of the tasks, the data in the report needs to be built with an appendix of results to demonstrate the comments and evaluate the implementation results. Supplement the outstanding results, the implementation results of socio-political organizations and member organizations of the Front to enrich the report. At the same time, assign the local Fronts to thoroughly grasp the spirit at the discussion conference to improve the quality of political reports in their localities.
