PC Thanh Hoa Labor Delegation Conference 2025

Thanh Hoa Electricity Company commends and honors excellent and exemplary workers of 2024 at the 2025 Labor Delegation Conference.

The conference approved the report on the implementation results of the 2024 Labor Conference Resolution and the direction and tasks for 2025. At the same time, it assessed the use of funds in the Company; the implementation results of the Collective Labor Agreement and labor regulations in 2024; and synthesized opinions and recommendations from employees at affiliated units.

Mr. Hoang Duc Hau, Deputy Director of PC Thanh Hoa, approved the report evaluating the implementation results of the Resolution of the Labor Conference in 2024 and deploying the implementation of tasks in 2025.

In 2024, in the context of a volatile global economy , high input material prices, and unstable growth rates of commercial electricity from residential and commercial customers, the electricity industry has faced many challenges in terms of financial balance and production and business efficiency. In addition, unusual weather conditions, early and prolonged heat waves, and the impact of the La Nina phenomenon causing heavy rains, storms and floods, have directly impacted the safe supply of electricity.

Adapting to the situation, with a proactive, thrifty and creative spirit, PC Thanh Hoa has synchronously deployed many technical solutions, improved the capacity of operating the power system, increased investment in developing the power grid, promoted customer care, ensured safe and continuous power supply, effectively contributed to the process of socio-economic development, national defense - security and social security in the locality. As a result, the Company has fully completed the assigned plan: Commercial electricity reached 7,772.96 million kWh; Electricity loss reduced to 3.96%; Electricity collection rate reached 100.01%; No occupational accidents occurred; Power grid safety was maintained stably...

In addition, the Company continues to lead in technology application, digital transformation, and improving customer service quality. In particular, the lives of workers have been significantly improved.

Mr. Nghiem Dinh Son, Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of PC Thanh Hoa approved the results of the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement and Labor Regulations in 2024 and summarized the opinions and recommendations of employees at the conference.

2024 is also the year marking many important events and anniversaries of the electricity industry such as: 70 years of establishment of Vietnam Electricity Group; 55 years of establishment of Northern Power Corporation; 60 years of establishment of Ham Rong Power Plant,... These milestones create the premise for organizing many emulation movements in production and labor, promoting technical initiatives, culture - sports , and especially the success of the national key project: 500 kV line circuit 3 from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen).

At the conference, many enthusiastic presentations from units such as High Voltage Power Grid Enterprise, Thieu Hoa Power, Quan Son, Nga Son, Hau Loc, Nhu Thanh, Nhu Xuan... focused on important contents: Coordination between the Trade Union and professionals to ensure labor safety; Strengthen training and field supervision; Promote physical education and sports movements, build corporate culture; Solutions to clear power grid safety corridors in difficult mountainous areas; Improve customer service quality, promote digital transformation; Improve working conditions, increase income and welfare for workers...

The conference also received and summarized 124 recommendations from grassroots-level labor conferences. Director of Thanh Hoa PC Hoang Hai and Chairman of the Trade Union Nghiem Dinh Son directly listened, analyzed, discussed and responded satisfactorily to each issue, demonstrating openness, transparency and a high sense of responsibility, contributing to creating consensus and excitement among all workers.

Up to now, the total number of employees of PC Thanh Hoa is 1,558 people. 100% of employees have signed contracts in accordance with regulations, received health check-ups and have complete health records. The company always focuses on training and improving professional qualifications for officers and employees through direct and online forms (E-Learning); at the same time, it urges the implementation of building a culture of occupational safety, organizes training and periodic inspections of electrical safety procedures, and adheres to the motto "Every electrical worker is a hero, but safety is the greatest victory".

Entering 2025, facing new opportunities and challenges such as increased electricity demand, the risk of overload during peak hours in the hot season..., the conference agreed on key goals and solutions: Maintaining the growth momentum of commercial electricity; Reducing power loss and grid incidents; Improving customer service quality; Promoting investment in construction and modernization of the grid; Effectively implementing the digital transformation program; Ensuring absolute safety in operation, fire prevention and fighting, and protecting the safety corridor of the grid.
