After more than 2 years of implementing Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU dated October 12, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on continuing to promote the development of CNC agriculture in the 2021-2025 period, with a vision to 2030, the basic targets and tasks have been achieved on schedule. The CNC agricultural production area in the province reached 565 hectares, with 38 CNC agricultural projects operating effectively, 4 enterprises recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as CNC agricultural enterprises and 3 regions recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as CNC agricultural regions. Up to now, the value of CNC agricultural production has reached 938 million VND/ha, with melons and grapes alone reaching over 1.2 billion VND/ha/year. The whole province currently has 2 products of parent tiger shrimp and aloe vera jelly for export... With the above results, it contributes to increasing the production value of the agricultural, forestry and fishery sector in 2023 by 5.12%.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and contributing many opinions around issues such as: Current situation of grape and apple production; solutions for harvesting agricultural products to ensure efficiency and food safety; CNC agricultural production activities associated with aloe vera product consumption; sharing experiences on linking production, processing and consumption of CNC agricultural products. At the same time, proposing support policies to remove difficulties in the process of implementing CNC agricultural applications in the coming time.
Concluding the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Developing agriculture applying CNC is one of the key solutions to thoroughly solve the challenges in agricultural production due to the impact of climate change. He acknowledged the efforts of all levels, sectors, the solidarity and unity of enterprises, organizations and individuals in implementing Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU during the period of achieving many positive results. In order to strive to achieve and exceed the goals and targets set out in Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU, he requested departments, sectors and localities to continue to promote propaganda and dissemination to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, enterprises and people of all walks of life on policies related to the development of agriculture applying CNC; review the areas approved by the Prime Minister to fully update the planning and land use plans as a basis for promoting and calling for investment in the development of agriculture applying CNC. Research and plan to develop processing of specific agricultural products and consider selecting 2-3 products with competitive advantages in the market to focus investment resources towards export; support trade promotion, connect supply and demand inside and outside the province to introduce and promote the province's CNC agricultural products; strengthen cooperation, research and transfer of new technologies to cooperatives and farmers in the area. Based on the comments and experience sharing of the delegates, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is assigned to fully absorb and develop a plan to advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the implementation of tasks and solutions to develop CNC agricultural products to achieve good results in the coming time.
On this occasion, enterprises, cooperatives, and production households signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in consuming agricultural products applying CNC; the Provincial People's Committee awarded OCOP certificates recognizing 4-star products for 21 products of 5 entities.
