Conference of key provincial officials introduces staff planning

(DN) - On the afternoon of August 14, comrades: Nguyen Hong Linh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ho Thanh Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Quan Minh Cuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired a conference of key officials of the province to introduce the personnel planning for the 14th Central Executive Committee, term 2026-2031 and introduce additional planning for the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and leadership positions of the province, term 2020-2025.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh gave a speech at the conference.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh said that the 14th National Party Congress will take place in early 2026. To prepare personnel for the 14th National Party Congress, units and localities are introducing personnel to join the Party Central Committee for the next term.

In Dong Nai province, introduce 2 personnel to participate in the planning of members of the 14th Party Central Committee.

The conference also reviewed and introduced additional personnel for the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Thereby, to meet the personnel needs of the Provincial Party Executive Committee from now until the end of the term and for the next term.

At the conference, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Dang Minh Nguyet approved the Proposal of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on introducing personnel planning for the 14th Central Executive Committee, term 2026-2031.

Accordingly, based on Official Dispatch No. 54-CV/BCĐ dated July 17, 2023 of the Steering Committee for strategic-level personnel planning, Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee introduced the official planning of 2 Central Party Committee members for the 14th term, including 1 comrade from the local human resources and 1 comrade from the human resources of the Central cadres transferred to the locality.

The Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee voted to introduce the planning of official members of the 14th Party Central Committee and members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Regarding the planning of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the positions of provincial leaders for the 2020-2025 term, based on the personnel project of the Provincial Party Congress, the situation of the staff and the results of the planning review, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed not to supplement the planning this time for the planning of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; Head and Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, due to the large number of planning resources and the stable personnel situation.

Regarding the planning of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed on the following plan: According to Regulation No. 50-QD/TW of the Politburo, the planning coefficient of the Executive Committee is from 1.0-1.5 times the prescribed number, so the maximum planned number of the Provincial Party Executive Committee is 81 comrades.

Based on the current situation of the province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee proposed to supplement the planning of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term for 5 comrades.

After the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee approved the reports, the conference voted to introduce the planning of official members of the 14th Party Central Committee and members of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
