In a solemn and exciting atmosphere, the Southern Women's Museum has just successfully organized the Conference to Commend Excellent and Creative Workers for the period 2020-2025. This is not only an event to summarize and evaluate the patriotic emulation movement, but also an opportunity to honor outstanding individuals and collectives who have contributed to the brilliant achievements of the museum in the past 5 years.
The conference is a testament to the tireless efforts, solidarity and creativity of all staff and employees of the Southern Women's Museum. The achievements are not only the pride of the museum, but also a strong motivation to continue to develop and grow in the period 2025-2030.
The conference was honored to welcome Ms. Le Nguyen My Linh - Representative of the Organization and Legal Department, Ms. Pham Thi Dieu - Deputy Director in charge of the Southern Women's Museum, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh - Deputy Director, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Southern Women's Museum, and all officers and employees of the museum.
Ms. Pham Thi Dieu presented a report summarizing the emulation work in the period of 2020-2025 and the emulation direction for the period of 2025-2030. The report highlighted the proud achievements of the museum, especially the promotion from Grade II to Grade I. This is the result of a process of continuous efforts, the crystallization of the sense of responsibility, love for the profession and dedication of each member of the Southern Women's Museum family.
The conference listened to the passionate sharing from two examples of excellent and creative workers, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Heritage member of the Inventory and Preservation Department and Ms. Tran Thanh Tu - Heritage member of the Research, Collection and Exhibition Department. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung shared about his initiatives and achievements in inventory and preservation of artifacts. His contributions not only contribute to improving the quality of professional work, but also demonstrate his dedication and responsibility for the cultural heritage of the nation. Ms. Tran Thanh Tu brought inspiring stories about creative solutions in exhibition work, helping the museum attract a large number of visitors. Her ideas not only renew the exhibition space, but also bring interesting and meaningful experiences to visitors.
The highlight of the conference was the ceremony to honor 4 outstanding groups and 5 individuals. These are beautiful flowers, the pride of the Southern Women's Museum.

Also at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh launched the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025-2030, calling on all officials and employees to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and strive to achieve more success. The Conference also approved the list of 2 outstanding individuals selected to attend the Conference of typical advanced models at the Department of Culture and Sports level, namely Ms. Tran Thanh Tu and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung.
