On the afternoon of October 10, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to report on the progress of coordination work to serve the organization of the National Scientific Conference "Theoretical and practical issues in Party building in politics, ideology, and ethics in the new period" in Ninh Binh. Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the conference.

The national scientific conference "Theoretical and practical issues in Party building in terms of politics, ideology and ethics in the new period" will take place on October 13 at Legend Hotel, Ninh Binh city.

To prepare for the organization of the Workshop, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department closely coordinated with the Central Propaganda Department's Office and the Provincial Party Committee's Office in advising on the issuance of plans and preparing necessary conditions to coordinate in serving the organization of the Workshop.

At the same time, coordinate to survey the conference venue, issue notices on places to eat, stay, welcome and means of transportation to send to delegates; coordinate in contacting and checking the situation of delegates. The Committee also presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to prepare decorations and celebrations for the conference hall and outside areas.

Regarding the plan to welcome guests, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department assigned cadres and civil servants to contact delegates from ministries, departments, branches, central organizations, press agencies, provinces and cities to grasp information and arrange leaders and cadres to welcome delegates to attend the conference. Coordinate with the Office of the Central Propaganda Department to arrange accommodation for leaders of the Party, State, members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of the Central Propaganda Department, experts and scientists to attend the conference...

Some other related contents such as budget estimates, art programs for the reception, information and propaganda work, etc. are also being implemented according to plan, ensuring the assigned progress.

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed ideas on the coordination of preparing invitations, welcoming delegates, celebrations, plans to ensure security and order, traffic safety, health, power grid safety, arranging funding sources for the organization, preparing typical products of the province to participate in the exhibition, information and propaganda work about the Conference on mass media, etc.
