First Conference of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Party Agencies

On February 11, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 2161 establishing the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies under the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee. At the time of establishment, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies had 23 grassroots Party organizations and 564 Party members. According to the plan, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies has 4 advisory and support agencies : the Organization Department; the Inspection Committee; the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; and the Party Committee Office.

At the first meeting, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies gave opinions and agreed on the following contents : The plan for ending operations and establishing grassroots party committees and branches for units whose Party groups and Party committees at the provincial level have ceased operations, as established by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the decision to establish advisory and support agencies and assign and appoint cadres of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; the draft program for specialized inspection and supervision by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies in 2025; opinions on the timing of the congress and the number of delegates attending the congress for the 2025-2030 term; and the assignment of tasks to members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2030 term…

Concluding the conference, Comrade Dang Hong Sy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested that, based on the opinions received at the conference, the Party Committee's Organization Department promptly finalize the draft document for submission to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration and promulgation of the working regulations; and at the same time, advise on the promulgation of regulations on the assignment of tasks to the members of the Party Committee , Standing Committee, and Party Committee; and promulgate the Resolution on work for 2025. Standing Deputy Secretary Dang Hong Sy also requested that the members of the Executive Committee and the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee focus on leading and directing the consolidation of subordinate Party organizations in accordance with the organizational restructuring, ensuring the strengthening of the Party's leadership at the grassroots level. Focus on directing and preparing well for the organization of the congresses of the Party branches and subordinate Party committees, leading up to the Congress of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term and the 15th Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term, ensuring quality and progress as required.
