The first Conference of the Party Executive Committee of Party Agencies

On February 11, 2025, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 2161 deciding to establish the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies directly under the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee. At the time of establishment, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies had 23 grassroots Party organizations and 564 Party members. According to the Project, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies has 4 advisory and support agencies including : Organization Committee; Inspection Committee; Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Party Committee Office.

At the first conference, the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies gave opinions and agreed on the following contents : Plan to end operations and establish grassroots Party committees and Party cells for units ending operations of the Party delegation and provincial Party executive committee established by the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Decision to establish advisory and support agencies and assign and appoint members of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies; Draft program for thematic inspection and supervision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies in 2025 ; Giving opinions on the time of the congress and the number of delegates attending the congress for the term 2025 - 2030; Assigning tasks to members of the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies, term 2020 - 2030...

Concluding the conference, comrade Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee proposed that on the basis of absorbing the opinions at the conference, the Party Committee's Organizing Committee urgently complete the draft document to submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and promulgation of working regulations; at the same time, advise on promulgating regulations on assigning tasks to comrades of the Executive Committee , Standing Committee, and Standing Party Committee; promulgate the Resolution on work in 2025. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Hong Sy also requested the members of the Executive Committee, the advisory agencies, and the Party Committee's support agencies to focus on leading and directing the consolidation of grassroots party organizations in accordance with the organizational arrangement , ensuring the strengthening of the Party's leadership at the grassroots level. Focus on directing the preparation of the organization of congresses of Party cells and affiliated Party committees towards the Congress of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term and the 15th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring quality and progress as required.
