28th Conference of the Ba Che Party Executive Committee

On October 7, the Party Executive Committee of Ba Che district held the 28th conference to evaluate the results of the implementation of tasks in the first 9 months of the year; deploy key directions and tasks for the last months of 2024. Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, attended and directed the conference.

In the first 9 months of the year, the Party Executive Committee of Ba Che district focused on leading and directing Party organizations to well perform political tasks; build a strong Party and political system. Organized the admission of 79 new Party members, reaching 100% of the plan; completed 15/15 inspections and supervisions, reaching 100% of the yearly plan. The socio-economic development sector achieved many results; the production value of economic sectors increased by 19.7% over the same period; concentrated afforestation increased by 14.2%; total state budget revenue was estimated at more than 53.5 billion VND, reaching 103.3% of the assigned estimate, up 35% over the same period; created additional jobs for 830 workers, an increase of 197 workers over the same period. National target programs were synchronously and effectively implemented in the district; social security was ensured; national defense and security were maintained.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, requested that in the coming time, the Ba Che District Party Committee continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity in building a strong Party and political system; focus on improving the quality of grassroots Party cell activities and thematic activities; implement the model of "4-good Party cell", "4-good Party Committee"; prepare well for the work of drafting documents, personnel work and conditions for Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030 in the spirit of Directive 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo, focusing first on the election of village heads in conjunction with Party cell congresses in villages and neighborhoods according to the model of "people trust - party election"; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work, inspection, supervision and party discipline; Strengthen the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste, and resolving petitions, complaints, and denunciations. Continue to focus on solutions to overcome the consequences of floods and storm No. 3, focusing on building a "Post-storm Economic and Social Reconstruction and Development Project", serving economic and social development and people's lives..., consistently and effectively implementing the annual working theme "Improving the quality of economic growth; developing culture and people rich in Quang Ninh identity"; completing and exceeding socio-economic targets; maintaining local defense and security in the last months of 2024.
