According to the report of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, since the 13th experience exchange conference, the Central Association and 26 provincial and municipal associations in the North have made efforts to overcome difficulties and achieved many positive results in implementing the core task of mobilizing resources and fighting for justice for victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin.
In particular, billions of VND have been allocated from the Agent Orange Fund and resources have been mobilized to achieve high results, promptly supporting families of victims who suffered heavy losses due to storm No. 3 (Yagi); and effectively implementing visits, giving gifts, and helping Agent Orange victims during the Tet holiday and Agent Orange Victims Day (August 10).
13/26 northern provinces and cities have proposed that Party committees and authorities pay attention to supporting funding and means to bring more than 350 veterans and Agent Orange victims to detoxify by steam bath at the Social Protection Center under the Central Association.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing to resolve difficulties and obstacles, as well as recommendations such as: Solving preferential policies for 3rd and 4th generation Agent Orange victims suffering from chemical poisoning; appropriate mechanisms for cases of lost documents of those who participated in the resistance war and were exposed to Agent Orange; policies for family caregivers with 2 or more victims who have received preferential subsidies...

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, Nguyen Van Toan, stated that the province creates all conditions and resources for the Hoa Binh Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims to mobilize all classes of people in society to promote the national tradition of "Love others as you love yourself" to protect, love, and help victims mentally and materially to overcome physical pain, reduce difficulties in life, encourage victims to overcome illness, organize activities and mobilize social contributions to help Agent Orange victims improve their lives.

Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Huu Chinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, emphasized that in the coming time, the focus should be on building a strong association; provinces and cities should closely follow the direction of local Party committees and authorities, update new issues, to prepare well and successfully organize the congress for the 2025-2030 term.
Be more active and proactive in mobilizing social resources to help victims and their families in the direction of increasing sustainable livelihood support; pay attention to and implement policies for resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals.
