Over the past 5 years, women's associations at all levels in the province have been creative and innovative in directing and organizing the implementation of patriotic emulation movements and have achieved clear and comprehensive results in all fields, attracting a large number of female members and people to participate. Notably, the emulation movement "Building Ha Nam women of the new era" is associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh and the Campaign to cultivate the moral qualities of "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty and responsibility". The registration to follow was carried out by 100% of the association bases and women's units with good quality, attracting 100% of female civil servants and public employees and over 70% of female members to register to do at least one job.

Over the past 5 years, all levels of the association have effectively managed the capital entrusted to the Social Policy Bank, helping 17,474 members borrow capital for production and business with outstanding loans of 1,288,511 billion VND; established 32 cooperatives and 14 cooperative groups; helped 3,120 poor and near-poor households headed by women, of which 1,092 are poor and near-poor households. poor have the ability to work out of poverty

The movement to mobilize members and women to build and repair shelters for poor women and women in especially difficult circumstances has received widespread support from members, women and the people. As a result, over the past 5 years, the association has mobilized support to build 26 new houses and repair 11 shelters with a total value of 678 million VND.

The association at all levels has also mobilized and supported 631 member families in difficult circumstances, given gifts, built shelters, given breeding cows, etc. with a total amount of over 2 billion; effectively implemented the "Godmother" program. Up to now, the whole province has sponsored 277 children, the total amount of money and gifts supported by the association at all levels to date is over 3 billion VND...

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Lua acknowledged and commended the achievements of all levels of the provincial women's unions and 179 collectives and individuals in the past time. At the same time, she suggested that in the coming time, all levels of the women's unions continue to promote the dissemination of President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on Patriotic Emulation; strengthen propaganda and education on politics, ideology, ethics and lifestyle among members, especially the younger generation; focus on fostering revolutionary ideals, political mettle, sense of responsibility and aspiration to contribute to the development of the homeland and the country.

Form communities/women's groups associated with emulation movements on digital platforms, especially social networks, so that members and women can share about emulation movements, legal knowledge, business knowledge, family care knowledge, and sports to help improve health.

Focus on opening training courses to improve the quality and professional skills of the association's staff to advise, propose and effectively organize activities to support women's comprehensive development. Pay attention to training and fostering the team of reporters and propagandists, especially promoting the role of core members in propaganda and education to improve the status of members and women through implementing emulation movements and building the image of women in the new era. Discover, train and introduce virtuous and talented female cadres to participate in Party committees and authorities, especially at the grassroots level; pay attention to supporting disadvantaged women, women in difficult circumstances, poor and near-poor women.
