On the morning of January 26, the Ninh Binh Association in Hanoi visited the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee to pay their New Year's greetings.
Welcoming the delegation were comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; representatives of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee.
On behalf of the delegation, Lieutenant General Nguyen Huu Kham, former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Association in Hanoi, sent his best wishes to the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, organizations and the people of Ninh Binh province. At the same time, he quickly reported on the outstanding activities of the Ninh Binh Association in Hanoi in recent times.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, the representative of the Ninh Binh Association in Hanoi wished the province to continue to develop and successfully complete the set goals and tasks. At the same time, he affirmed that the Association is always proud of the good traditions and continuous development of the province. In the coming time, the Association will continue to have more effective activities towards the homeland, contributing with the Party Committee, government and people in the province to build Ninh Binh homeland to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
Expressing his gratitude to the Ninh Binh Association in Hanoi for their affection for the province, Comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, announced some of the province's outstanding results in 2023 and the province's goals and orientations in the coming time. In the context of many intertwined difficulties and challenges affecting the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, under the leadership, direction, and flexible, creative, and innovative management of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee, the socio-economic situation of Ninh Binh province has basically remained stable and has developed; the GRDP growth rate reached 7.27%, ranking 23rd out of 63 provinces and cities, higher than the national average; Local defense and military work achieved many outstanding and comprehensive results, the provincial defense area was firmly built... He affirmed that in the general achievements of the province, there is encouragement, motivation and positive contributions from the children of Ninh Binh homeland from all over the country.
In the coming time, Ninh Binh province hopes to continue to receive the attention, support and encouragement of the Ninh Binh Association in Hanoi and other localities in the country and abroad, to continue to have practical programs and activities towards the homeland, to unite, join hands and contribute to building the province to become more and more developed, rich and civilized.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin in 2024, the Provincial Party Secretary wished the comrades in the Association and Ninh Binh people in Hanoi as well as all over the country and abroad good health, a new year of peace, prosperity, family happiness, new year of new victories and solidarity to build Ninh Binh homeland to be more and more dignified and beautiful.
