Command 86 is the first unit selected by the Award Council to survey and evaluate the results. This is also a special unit, although facing many difficulties, recently there have been many good and creative measures and methods in implementing scientific research, technical innovation initiatives and participating in the TTSTTQD Award.

The survey team and delegates watched the project representatives report on initiatives and topics participating in the TTSTTQD Award.

According to Colonel Tran Huu Dung, the survey aims to evaluate the results of 5 years of organizing and participating in the 86th Command's TTSTTQD Award; evaluate the effectiveness of the works that have been awarded the 24th award and inspect the actual works that were recommended by specialized councils for the 25th award. Through this, it will serve as a basis for reporting to leaders at all levels and the Award Council.

At the survey, the delegation listened to representatives of the topics and projects summarize the implementation results, features, effects, outstanding new points, and superiority of the projects and topics; directly inspected some typical projects and topics such as: Building a system to control and prevent unauthorized access to military computer networks; a multi-functional firewall system to protect web applications; building information security testing solutions for high-tech weapons and equipment using satellite positioning; researching and building a centralized resource management system for large data centers in the Ministry of National Defense; researching and building a system to simulate the behavior of malicious code to collect and steal data for specialized training...

Concluding the survey, Colonel Tran Huu Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation of content for the survey team; affirmed that in the past 5 years, Command 86 has been one of the typical units participating in the Military Science and Technology Award of the whole army. In particular, the unit has many projects and topics that are researched for the first time, achieving good quality, high superiority, and effective application in practice.

Regarding the projects, topics, and initiatives participating in the 25th Award, through surveys and listening to reports, Colonel Tran Huu Dung assessed that the topics were basically rich in practicality, creativity, and had many new and breakthrough points; suggested that from the achieved results, the unit continue to promote the movement of initiatives, technical improvements, and participate in the Award; replicate effective models and good practices throughout the entire force; continue to focus on in-depth research in the unit's areas of strength; promote the role of one of the core units in research, sharing military data, and participating in the work of promoting digital transformation of the unit and the entire army.

Colonel Tran Huu Dung also requested that relevant agencies and units pay attention and support so that authors of works and topics can continue to edit, perfect, and improve quality, efficiency, and practical application.
