The mass art performance of the People's Public Security Forces in Region 3 attracted more than 1,100 officers, soldiers and actors to participate.

The Regional III Mass Art Performance hosted by Hue City Police is one of the key political and cultural activities, with practical significance to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

The festival will open at 8:00 p.m. on April 9, 2025 and conclude at 8:00 p.m. on April 13, 2025 at the Huong River Theater with the participation of 24 art troupes with about 1,100 delegates who are officers, soldiers and actors from units such as: professional departments, hospitals, People's Security College, People's Police College.

In addition, there are 16 delegations from the police of provinces and cities such as: Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Tri, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Hai Duong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Tuyen Quang also participating. Notably, the festival also has the participation of an art troupe from the Propaganda Department, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.

In addition, a tour program to serve the people was also held on April 11 at the Hue City Cultural - Cinema Center (Thuan Hoa district).

The festival's programs focus on praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the love for the homeland and country, the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security force in the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland. At the same time, it is associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh and implementing the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security; praising the spirit of solidarity and unity of the police force, the army and the people. This is also a forum to contribute to spreading the beautiful image of the People's Public Security soldier "bravery, humanity for serving the people".

Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Hoang Van Thanh, Deputy Director of Hue City Police, said that as the host unit, Hue City Police has proactively coordinated with units under the Ministry of Public Security and related departments and branches to synchronously deploy many preparations for the Public Security Region III Mass Art Festival, such as preparing the venue, developing a plan to assign specific and detailed tasks to each unit and individual in the force to serve the festival thoroughly, creating the most favorable conditions for the mass art troupes to attend the festival.
