The traditional Cu festival of An My village is a unique and impressive traditional festival during the traditional New Year, maintained and held annually on the 4th day of Tet. This year, the Cu festival is held in the spirit of the festival that has existed for more than 500 years with the purpose of praying for favorable weather, bountiful crops, prosperous business; strengthening village relationships, building a prosperous and happy family and a developed homeland.

The traditional festival has two parts: the ceremony and the festival. During the ceremony, prestigious elders respectfully perform sacred rituals to worship heaven and earth, then declare the opening of the festival.

Next, a prestigious elder takes the top to the middle of the yard and throws it into the air, officially starting the top festival. According to the rules, the top festival usually lasts 3 rounds, of which 1 round lasts 30 minutes. There are 2 teams representing 2 hamlets, with many ages participating, trying to throw the top into 2 bamboo baskets hanging about 3 meters high. The team that puts the top into the basket is the winning team.
