At the same time, propagate and encourage all levels, sectors, cadres, party members and people to enthusiastically compete in labor, study, be creative, join hands and unanimously implement the 13th Resolution of the Party and the 17th Resolution of the Hanoi City Party Committee.
The Spring Press Festival is a traditional political and cultural activity of the capital's press; Central and Hanoi press agencies exchange expertise, record opinions and feedback from the press public and television viewers.
The Spring Press Festival will display press publications to serve the people and readers of the capital on the occasion of the traditional national New Year; at the same time, encourage the Hanoi press and central press agencies, ministries and branches to continue to promote the development achievements of the capital and the whole country in the fields of politics - economy, culture - society, security - defense, foreign affairs ...
In addition to the exhibition and professional exchange activities between press agencies, the 2023 Ngo Tat To Press Award was also summarized and awarded. The Organizing Committee also scored the booths, Spring and Tet newspaper publications serving the people and interacted with readers and TV viewers....
The Organizing Committee will reward units that actively participate in the exhibition booth at the 2024 Spring Newspaper Festival; reward "Good articles about Hanoi" published in Spring newspapers, Tet newspapers, beautiful newspaper covers, and beautiful exhibition booths.
The Spring Newspaper publications were presented by the Organizing Committee to the Border Guard Command to serve soldiers on duty to protect the border and islands and to prepare for display at the National Press Festival taking place in Ho Chi Minh City in March 2024.
