Accordingly, Hoi An aims for 100% of homestay and villa businesses in Tra Que vegetable village to be recognized as meeting green tourism standards according to the Quang Nam Green Tourism Criteria; 50% of restaurant businesses and cooking classes to practice green tourism.
The contents to be implemented include reporting on the current status of green tourism practices at the Tra Que vegetable village tour; supporting and guiding green tourism practices at homestay, villa, restaurant and cooking school businesses; preparing documents to request recognition for homestays and villas; and communicating about the Tra Que vegetable village green tour.
The implementation of the green tourism route in Tra Que vegetable village aims to implement the orientation of Hoi An city to focus on exploiting tourism products that harmoniously combine the values of natural resources and social culture; at the same time, providing guidance and experience for replicating and promoting the practice of green tourism models to other tourist attractions in the city.
