Regulations clearly assign responsibilities, powers and coordination of relevant agencies, units and localities according to the functions and tasks assigned by the City People's Committee to implement the contents of the regulations.

Thereby, effectively implementing the management, conservation and promotion of the value of the World Cultural Heritage of Hoi An Ancient Town in regions I, IIA, IIB.

The Hoi An Cultural Heritage Management and Conservation Center is the agency in charge of advising on the implementation and adjustment of this regulation. Agencies and units, based on their assigned tasks, shall take charge of developing specific plans and regulations and advise the Chairman of the City People's Committee to approve and implement them.

Heads of agencies, units and Chairmen of People's Committees of Minh An, Son Phong, Cam Pho and Cam Nam wards, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for performing well the assigned tasks in the regulations.

Organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the regulations will be considered for commendation or proposed for commendation by the City People's Committee according to the current Law on Emulation and Commendation. Organizations and individuals who violate the regulations will be responsible to the Chairman of the City People's Committee and will be subject to disciplinary action according to regulations.
