In the 2022-2023 school year, the academy will thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions and directives of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on education and training tasks; thoroughly implement the motto "The school's training quality is the unit's combat readiness".

Military recruitment and postgraduate recruitment are strictly implemented. Postgraduate training has many innovations, the quality of thesis and dissertation writing and defense has been improved. Effectively implementing measures to improve English proficiency for staff, lecturers and students.

Faculties and lecturers have done a good job of preparing and practicing training, drills, and exercises; well organizing pilot lectures applying modern and active teaching methods. Training facilities have been supplemented; lecture halls, classrooms, and offices continue to be equipped with many modern devices to better meet the tasks of education and training, contributing to building digital academies and smart schools approaching the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

As a result, 100% of the students' exams and tests met the requirements, of which more than 85% were good or excellent; graduation for students was organized on schedule, with good quality; scientific research and military scientific information were actively promoted to meet practical requirements. The Academy was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Ministry of National Defense, 12 comrades were awarded the title of Emulation Soldier of the whole army, 16 comrades were awarded certificates of merit by the Minister of National Defense...

Regarding the direction of the 2023-2024 school year, the academy has built a project "Academy Development Plan to 2030, vision to 2045", gradually investing in infrastructure towards building a digital academy, ensuring good facilities for teaching and learning, and excellently completing all tasks.
