In the 2022-2023 academic year, the academy thoroughly implemented the resolutions and directives of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense regarding education and training tasks; and strictly adhered to the motto "The quality of training at the school is the combat readiness of the unit."

Awards were presented to the collectives and individuals who achieved outstanding results in the 2022-2023 academic year at the Army Academy.

Military recruitment and postgraduate admissions are conducted rigorously. Postgraduate training has undergone many innovations, and the quality of thesis writing and defense has improved. Measures to improve English proficiency for officers, lecturers, and students have been effectively implemented.

The departments and lecturers have done a good job in preparing and conducting training, exercises, and drills; they have also successfully organized pilot lectures applying modern and active teaching methods. Training facilities have been supplemented; lecture halls, classrooms, and offices continue to be equipped with many modern devices to better meet the educational and training tasks, contributing to building a digital academy and a smart school in line with the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

As a result, 100% of the students' exams and tests met the requirements, with over 85% achieving good or excellent grades; graduation ceremonies for students were organized on schedule and with high quality; and the Academy actively promoted scientific research and military scientific information to meet practical requirements. The Academy was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Ministry of National Defense, 12 comrades were awarded the title of Emulation Soldier of the entire army, and 16 comrades received commendations from the Minister of National Defense...

Regarding the direction for the 2023-2024 academic year, the academy is developing a plan titled "Academy Development Planning to 2030, Vision to 2045," gradually investing in infrastructure towards building a digital academy, ensuring good facilities for teaching and learning, and successfully completing all tasks.
