The summary report of training courses at the graduation ceremony showed that the quality of master's and doctoral training has changed positively in terms of specialized training capacity, suitable for the research needs of the academy; many outlines and elective topics for specialized research groups, for the academy according to the research method and doctoral courses have been built, gradually helping the academy to delve into specific research areas that need to be solved.

Training capacity, research capacity and application of learned knowledge into practice are trained and improved due to increasingly better conditions for learning. English proficiency has improved a lot, contributing positively to the learning and research process in the specialized field to meet the requirements of assigned tasks.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Major General Le Minh Thai, Director of the Military Technical Academy, affirmed that over 40 years of postgraduate training, the academy has trained hundreds of doctors, tens of thousands of masters and thousands of tactical-campaign level technical command and staff officers for the Army. Thereby, it has provided high-quality human resources for the Army and the country, contributing to building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, gradually modern Army and the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.
