The contest aims to foster awareness, responsibility, train courage, skills, capacity to advise, organize and implement women's work and women's movements for the grassroots union cadres. Through the contest, it creates motivation for union cadres to constantly train, strive to mature, successfully carry out political tasks, build a strong union organization, contribute to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" agency and unit.

This year, there are 9 teams from the Women's Union of the Logistics Academy participating in the competition for excellent women's union officials. The teams went through 3 rounds: Knowledge; propaganda and talent. This afternoon, entering the propaganda round, the teams performed many outstanding performances, with diverse themes such as: "Shining the qualities of confidence, self-respect, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era"; "The fire of the heart, warm comradeship"; "Completely fulfilling national and family affairs"...

The contest demonstrates the understanding of the association's cadres about the traditions of Vietnamese women and women in the Army; the criteria for building women in the Army in the current period; the sophistication and ingenuity of women in today's families...

As planned, tonight is the closing ceremony of the competition, the Organizing Committee will award prizes to the excellent teams of this year's competition.
