Culture is the goal, driving force and endogenous resource for rapid and sustainable development with the spirit of "If culture exists, the nation exists". Social awareness of the position and role of culture in development has many positive changes. Cultural and sports institutions, especially at the grassroots level, have been gradually invested in, newly built, upgraded and repaired more synchronously.

In 2024, the Standing Committee of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee directed the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle with the theme: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on promoting cultural values and people of Hung Yen, contributing to building a rich and civilized homeland".
In implementing this topic, the provincial Party Committees and authorities always pay attention to and develop cultural careers, considering culture as an endogenous strength, contributing to making culture truly the spiritual foundation of society, the goal and driving force for the rapid and sustainable development of the province.
In that spirit, from the beginning of 2024, the Standing Committee of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to disseminate, study and research the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on promoting cultural values, Hung Yen people contributing to building a rich and civilized homeland" in the form of direct and online connection to the bridge points of district Party Committees, town Party Committees, city Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee and many communes, wards and towns in the province.
Through that, thousands of cadres and party members have learned and thoroughly grasped the contents of the topic. Party committees at all levels, authorities, sectors and localities have developed action plans and programs, bringing the content of the topic to practical use.
Cultural activities are increasingly rich and diverse, contributing to promoting the land and people of Hung Yen to domestic and international friends through large-scale cultural and artistic programs to celebrate events and major holidays of the country and the province. The cause of conservation, museums, performing arts, libraries, film distribution and screening... has gradually innovated both the content and form of activities, contributing to improving the lives of people in the localities.

At the same time, summarize and evaluate the results of implementing the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's policies and laws on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people in the province; raise awareness of all levels and sectors about the position and role of culture in social life; point out limitations, difficulties, obstacles, causes and lessons learned.
