In particular, in the 2024-2025 school year, Ho Chi Minh City decided to apply tuition fees at all levels equivalent to those collected from the 2021-2022 school year. In this context, tuition exemption is considered a necessary requirement, both creating a deep impression and demonstrating the city's interest in education.
