According to a report from Quang Trung Primary School, at around 1:45 p.m. on September 24, the school's leadership received a report from the homeroom teacher of class 3B about student K. being beaten by Mr. Tran Van Minh (English teacher) during the 4th period. After that, the school invited Mr. Minh to clarify the matter.

At the meeting, Mr. Minh explained that during class, K. used a ruler to hit his friend. When he saw the incident, Mr. Minh paused the lesson and used a flexible plastic ruler to hit K. on the shoulder.

Then, Mr. Minh continued to ask why he hit his friend during class and found out that K. was the group leader, assigned by the homeroom teacher to monitor, record and report students who violated the rules during the week during class activities.

After the incident, K. still attended class until the end of the 4th period and volunteered to go to the board to do the exercises as usual.

However, after returning home, K. cried and told his family about being beaten during English class. His family checked his shoulder and saw a ruler mark, so they were very worried.

Then K. was taken to Cu'Mgar District Medical Center for examination and the result was soft tissue injury to the left shoulder.

According to K.'s family, this matter needs to be properly resolved and they wish not to arrange for Mr. Minh to teach in class 3B.
