Students of Ngoc Hien District must go to Nam Can District to take the 2024 high school graduation exam.

On June 26, according to Thanh Nien reporters, 270 12th grade students of Ngoc Hien district had to "pack up" and go to Nam Can district (Ca Mau) to start the 2024 high school graduation exam. The reason is that the number of students in Ngoc Hien district is small, and the Ca Mau provincial examination council did not set up an exam site.

Participating in the 2024 high school graduation exam, Ngoc Hien High School (Ngoc Hien District) has 164 students and Vien An High School has 106 students who will gather at the exam site of Phan Ngoc Hien High School (Nam Can Town, Nam Can District).

Mr. Lam Quoc Toan, Principal of Ngoc Hien High School, said that the school arranged 3 cars to pick up and drop off students during the 3 exam days. All car rental and food expenses were sponsored by a business.

Vien An High School is located in Vien An Commune, a coastal commune, bordering Dat Mui Commune, with poor traffic infrastructure, and 29-seat buses cannot reach the pick-up point. Therefore, the school had to rent 3 16-seat buses, each bus making 2 trips to pick up and drop off 106 students of the school to attend the 2024 high school graduation exam.

"The bus fare is paid by the parents. All expenses for the trip are agreed upon and agreed upon by the parents and will be made public after the exam. Because the 29-seat bus could not reach the pick-up point, Vien An High School had to rent 3 16-seat buses, each bus making 2 trips to pick up and drop off 106 students.

In addition to arranging shuttle buses during the exam, each high school in Ngoc Hien district also sends 6 teachers to accompany the students, including school leaders, to arrange food and accommodation for the students. Every day, the bus goes to the hotel to pick up the students to the exam site and pick them up again.

Students of Ngoc Hien High School confidently "set off" to another district to take the 2024 high school graduation exam.

Leaders of Ngoc Hien High School and Vien An High School said that sending staff and teachers to accompany students throughout the high school graduation exam process is not only to support food and accommodation but also to create a spiritual support, encourage students to do better on the exam, remind them to take the exam on time, and follow the exam regulations well.
