Beneficiaries
The policy applies to ethnic minority students who are boarding students at ethnic boarding schools in Binh Dinh province. These students will receive monthly food allowance from the state budget.
Meal allowance level
Meal allowance: Students are supported with 540,000 VND/student/month. This is the amount of money for lunch and daily meals for students when staying at the boarding school.
Support period: Students will receive meal support for a maximum of 9 months/school year, from the 2022-2023 school year onwards.
This level of support not only helps improve the students' eating conditions but also motivates them to continue studying in a boarding environment.

Time and funding for policy implementation
