Psychology tuition: Cheapest is less than 10 million VND/year

According to the tuition fee decision of Hanoi National University of Education for the 2023-2024 school year, the tuition fee for Psychology in group VII is 980,000 VND/month and 9.8 million VND/school year.

The school has not announced this year's tuition fees, but if the maximum increase is 10% as prescribed, the tuition fee for this major will be just over 10 million VND/year.

Calculated by credit, the cost for 1 credit is 280,000 VND.

The training program for Educational Psychology at Hanoi National University of Education stipulates an output standard of 126 credits. For School Psychology, the number of credits is 125.

The Psychology Department of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) charges tuition fees three times higher than those of Hanoi National University of Education. The fee is 30 million VND.

This is also the highest tuition fee of the school applied to the majors of Psychology, Journalism, International Studies, Hotel Management, Public Relations and Tourism and Travel Services Management.

At the University of Education (Vietnam National University, Hanoi), the estimated tuition fee for full-time students in the 2024-2025 academic year is 1.41 million VND/month, equivalent to 14.1 million VND/school year, depending on the major.

The school has two training programs in the field of psychology: Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology and School Counseling.

In which, the major of Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology will start enrolling from 2024.

2024 is also the first year that Hanoi Medical University opens a Psychology training program. The school has 60 quotas for this major, including 20 quotas for group B, 20 quotas for group D and 20 quotas for group C.

Psychology is also the cheapest major at Hanoi Medical University with 15 million VND/year. Meanwhile, the school's Medical major has a tuition fee of 55 million VND/year.

15 million VND/school year is also the tuition fee for Psychology at Vietnam Youth Academy for the 2024-2025 school year.

University of Labor and Social Affairs enrolls 50 students in Psychology with an estimated tuition fee of 17.9 million VND/year.

The school recruits 4 subject groups for this major including A00 (math, physics, chemistry), A01 (math, physics, English), D01 (math, literature, English) and C00 (literature, history, geography).

Vietnam Women's Academy offers a bachelor's degree in Psychology with tuition fees of about 18 million VND/school year.

Specifically, this major has 145 credits (including 14 English credits, 3 physical education credits and 8 national defense education credits).

The tuition fee announced for semester I of the 2024-2025 school year applicable to new students is 381,000 VND/credit. From semester II, the tuition fee is 502,000 VND/credit.
