According to the 2024 university enrollment plan just announced by Hanoi University of Science and Technology, tuition fees for full-time university students of Hanoi University of Science and Technology are determined by each course, major, and training program. This tuition fee is built on the basis of training costs and State regulations.

For the 2024 intake (K69), tuition fees for the 2024 - 2025 school year are as follows:
Standard programs have tuition fees from 24 - 30 million VND/school year (depending on the major).
High-quality programs (ELITECH) have tuition fees ranging from 33 to 42 million VND/academic year. Particularly, the data science and artificial intelligence programs (IT-E10) and logistics and supply chain management (EM-E14) have tuition fees of 64 to 67 million VND/academic year.
The international professional English dual degree program (FL2) has a tuition fee of 45 million VND/school year (including registration fee).
Programs with other foreign language output standards (international programs) and international training partnerships (foreign partners granting degrees) have tuition fees ranging from 24 to 29 million VND/semester. The TROY-BA and TROY-IT programs have 3 semesters per academic year (the tuition fee for this program is about 29 million VND/semester).
In subsequent school years, tuition fees may be adjusted, but not increased by more than 10% per year.
In the project, Hanoi University of Science and Technology also committed to ensuring full rights of students during their studies, including allocating about 70 - 80 billion VND to create a scholarship fund to encourage learning (based on semester) for students with good academic and training results.
It is known that in 2024, Hanoi University of Science and Technology plans to recruit 9,260 new students into 64 majors and training programs.
Of which, 36 are mass programs (standard programs), 23 are high-quality programs (ELITECH program of Hanoi University of Science and Technology), 2 are PFIEV programs and 3 are international training joint programs.
