Learn from Uncle Ho's specific actions

In order to make studying and following Uncle Ho go deeper and have a widespread effect, the Na Hy Commune Party Committee has focused on the stages of propaganda work, setting examples for cadres and party members; directed the Party cells to organize cadres and party members to register, develop training plans for the year, incorporate the content of studying and following Uncle Ho's example into the activities of the Party organization and mass organizations and have assessments and comments through monthly Party cell meetings. In particular, the content of "following" Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style is expressed through specific and practical actions, especially promoting the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance, mutual love, and joining hands to effectively participate in the emulation movements: "More good deeds every day"; "Volunteer weekend"; "Water for children" program and the saving movement "Two thousand dong per day for education"; “Joining hands to build new rural areas”… From there, it creates a strong change in awareness and action among cadres, party members, and the masses in terms of self-cultivation, striving to practice moral qualities, and lifestyle following Uncle Ho's example.

Being present at Na Hy 1 village - a new rural village of Na Hy commune, we easily noticed the changes, the houses have new tiled roofs, the internal roads have been concreted, the people's lives are increasingly prosperous and fulfilled. These changes are thanks to the spreading power in studying and following Uncle Ho of cadres, party members and people. Mr. Tao Van Phong, Secretary of the Party Cell of Na Hy 1 village excitedly shared: "Learning from Uncle Ho through concrete actions, the people of all ethnic groups in the village have always united, promoted their internal strength, actively participated in contributing their efforts, money, land and labor to build welfare works, serve people's lives; clean up the village to make it "bright - green - clean - beautiful". The highlight is that the people have actively changed their thinking and ways of doing things in agricultural production, seedlings, and built new livelihood models. Many households have not only escaped poverty but also become well-off (100% of households in the village have escaped poverty).

Imbued with Uncle Ho's teaching "whatever is beneficial to our people must be done with all our might", Na Hy Commune Party Committee has built and implemented many models and mobilized cadres and party members to seriously study and follow Uncle Ho, bringing benefits to the people. Typically, implementing the movement "More good deeds every day", the Commune Party Committee has directed the People's Committee, unions, and Party cells to organize propaganda, dissemination, and mobilize cadres, party members, and people to repair and clean up landslides on village roads after the rainy season; regularly organize general cleaning of village roads and alleys with 1,141 laborers, with a total value equivalent to 203.95 million VND. Or like the "Volunteer Weekend" movement, the Commune Party Committee has mobilized cadres, armed forces, and businesses in the commune to support and contribute working days to build concrete roads, help people build houses, clear roads... with a total value of 69.25 million VND. Mobilizing socialization from organizations and individuals, 55 solar lights and lamp posts were installed in 3 villages (Sam Lang, Lai Khoang, Na Hy 2); mobilizing people to donate ^30,000m2 to open new rural concrete roads, intra-field roads...

Mr. Nguyen Phu Thiet, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Na Hy commune, said: Studying and following Uncle Ho in the border commune of Na Hy has been creating a strong influence, promoting the spirit of solidarity, democracy, self-reliance and self-improvement among cadres, party members and people. From creative and effective ways of doing things, taking "people as the root", relying on people, promoting the strength of the great national solidarity bloc to implement, the commune has achieved many important results in many fields: The rate of poor households has decreased to 37.5%, the average income per capita has reached 31 million VND/person/year, the commune has reached the finish line of 16/19 criteria for building new rural areas... From the above results, it will be a solid foundation for Na Hy commune to continue to make studying and following Uncle Ho a vibrant and widespread emulation movement among every cadre, party member and people; especially replicating good models, creative ways of doing things, good people, good deeds, and advanced examples in studying and following Uncle Ho.
