To ensure that the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings are thorough and widespread, the Party Committee of Na Hy commune has focused on various aspects of propaganda work, setting examples among cadres and Party members; directing Party branches to organize cadres and Party members to register and develop annual training plans, incorporating the content of studying President Ho Chi Minh's example into the activities of Party organizations and mass organizations, and conducting evaluations and assessments through monthly Party branch meetings. In particular, the content of "following" President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, ethics, and style is manifested through concrete and practical actions, especially promoting the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance, mutual support, and working together to effectively implement emulation movements such as: "More good deeds every day"; "Weekend volunteer day"; the "Water for children" program; and the "Two thousand dong per day for education " savings movement. “Joining forces to build new rural areas”… This will create a strong transformation in awareness and actions among cadres, Party members, and the general public regarding self-cultivation, striving to improve moral qualities and lifestyles following the example of President Ho Chi Minh.

Visiting Na Hy 1 village – a new rural village in Na Hy commune – we easily noticed the changes: houses with new tiled roofs, internal village roads paved with concrete, and the people's lives becoming increasingly prosperous and fulfilling. These changes are thanks to the widespread influence of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings among cadres, Party members, and the people. Mr. Tao Van Phong, Secretary of the Party Branch of Na Hy 1 village, happily shared: “Learning from Uncle Ho through concrete actions, the people of all ethnic groups in the village have always united, developed their internal strengths, and actively participated in contributing their efforts, money, land, and labor to build welfare facilities to serve the people's lives; cleaning up the village to be 'bright - green - clean - beautiful'. A highlight is that the people have actively changed their mindset and methods in agricultural production, plant and animal breeding, and built new livelihood models. Many households have not only escaped poverty but have also become well-off (100% of households in the village have escaped poverty).”

Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teaching, "Whatever benefits our people, we must do our utmost to accomplish," the Party Committee of Na Hy commune has built and implemented many models and mobilized cadres and Party members to seriously study and follow President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, bringing benefits to the people. A prime example is the implementation of the "Adding Good Deeds Every Day" movement. The commune Party Committee directed the People's Committee, mass organizations, and Party branches to organize propaganda, dissemination, and mobilization of cadres, Party members, and the people to repair and clear landslides on main village roads after the rainy season; and regularly organized general cleaning of village roads and alleys with 1,141 man-hours of labor, totaling approximately 203.95 million VND. For example, in the "Volunteer Weekend" movement, the commune Party Committee mobilized cadres, armed forces, and businesses in the commune to support and contribute labor to build concrete roads, help people build houses, clear vegetation along roads... with a total value of 69.25 million VND. Social mobilization from organizations and individuals resulted in the installation of 55 solar-powered streetlights and lampposts in 3 villages (Sam Lang, Lai Khoang, Na Hy 2); and people were encouraged to donate 30,000 ^{m² of land} to open new rural concrete roads and field roads...

Mr. Nguyen Phu Thiet, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Na Hy commune, said: "The study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings in the border commune of Na Hy has been creating a strong ripple effect, promoting the spirit of unity, democracy, self-reliance, and self-improvement among cadres, Party members, and the people. Through creative and effective approaches, taking 'the people as the foundation,' relying on the people, and leveraging the strength of national unity to implement policies, the commune has achieved many important results in various fields: the poverty rate has decreased to 37.5%, the average per capita income has reached 31 million VND/person/year, and the commune has achieved 16 out of 19 criteria for building new rural areas... These results will be a solid foundation for Na Hy commune to continue to make the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings a vibrant and widespread emulation movement among every cadre, Party member, and citizen." In particular, we should replicate good models, innovative approaches, exemplary individuals, and advanced examples in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings.
