The competition was organized to concretize the tasks identified in Plan No. 57/KH-UBND dated February 1, 2024, of the People's Committee of Hoang Su Phi district, and to further diversify the forms of dissemination, information, and propaganda about the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1719/QĐ-TTg, dated October 14, 2020.
To provide training in knowledge and professional skills for officials and civil servants of communes, towns, village development boards, and communities directly involved in the project in organizing and implementing the National Target Program in their respective areas.
Promoting interaction, exchange, and learning from experience will improve the quality and effectiveness of the Program's implementation at the grassroots level.
Strengthen the attention of Party committees, government agencies, departments, and mass organizations to the three National Target Programs in general, and the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in particular.
This is also a practical activity to celebrate the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minority Representatives of Hoang Su Phi District in 2024.
According to Mr. Bui Thanh Huong, Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department of Hoang Su Phi District, each commune and town in the district will send one team, with a maximum of 10 people. Of these, 50% of the team members will be commune-level officials and civil servants; the remaining 50% will be from the community group, including: key village officials, influential individuals, members of the village development committee, and households directly participating in the project.
The competition will be held in a theatrical format, based on collective results, and will consist of four parts: greetings, multiple-choice test, situational test, and short play revolving around the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws related to the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, and specific content directly related to the implementation of projects and sub-projects within the Program approved in Decision 1719/QĐ-TTg.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee will score and award the following prizes to the best teams: 1st Prize: 10,000,000 VND; 2nd Prizes: 7,000,000 VND each; 3rd Prizes: 5,000,000 VND each; Consolation Prizes: 3,000,000 VND each; and Special Prizes (Best Opening Performance, Best Multiple Choice Test, Best Situation Handling, Most Unique Skit, Best Skit Script, etc.) each worth 500,000 VND.
