Experience is that the group has promoted propaganda work in advance through many ways: on the residential group's Zalo group, posted on the residential group's notice board, through meetings..., so people have all grasped the policy and are excited to cooperate.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, Head of Residential Group No. 6, Tuong Mai Ward, shared: “To ensure progress, from the evening of April 18, after receiving the ballots from the Ward People's Committee, we held a meeting, and the members of the group were assigned to distribute ballots according to the areas they were responsible for, ensuring that all 310 households with permanent residence in the area were given ballots at home. At noon on April 19, the group's opinion collection results were completed, with 100% agreement in support of both options.”

The ward organized two propaganda conferences to cadres of residential areas and residential groups, announced information on the loudspeaker system, posted plans in residential areas and residential groups, etc., to widely spread the policies to cadres, party members and people. Thanks to good propaganda work, the process of collecting people's opinions took place smoothly, quickly, and with high consensus".

In Hoang Liet ward, the most populous area of Hoang Mai district, with about 90 thousand people, 45 residential groups, the work is somewhat more complicated, but all members participate with a very positive spirit. Based on the contents learned from the conference to deploy the plan to collect people's opinions organized by the ward, the groups carried out the implementation in accordance with the residential area. Typically, at the HH Linh Dam apartment complex (Hoang Liet ward) - where a residential group has nearly 800 households, to ensure that all households in high-rise buildings are informed, continuously on April 19 and 20, the loudspeaker system in the buildings repeatedly broadcasted the announcement to collect people's opinions on the arrangement of administrative units in Hoang Mai district.

High public consensus

Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung (resident of HH Linh Dam apartment building, Hoang Liet ward) said: “I saw the court loudspeaker announce very carefully about collecting public opinions and this morning (April 20, 2025), the people brought the opinion collection forms to my house. I really appreciate the way the authorities at all levels work, from announcing the policy, propagating to the people to the way of asking for opinions, all show democracy, openness, transparency, and respect for people's opinions".

Sharing about the new ward name, Ms. Nguyen Hang Nga excitedly said: "Although the ward where I live is no longer named Thinh Liet, the establishment of a new ward named Hoang Mai makes me very proud to live in a ward named after a district, especially when there will be no more district-level government in the near future."
