Cascadeur tells the story of unrequited love
MV Cascadeur is the newly released MV of close friends Hoang Anh Vu (Vinny Vu) and Ha Anh. Previously, the two collaborated on the MV Sau nhung lan dau . Both wanted to find a musical theme that suited Vu's current career as an actor.
"We thought that if we simply exploited the male and female lead roles, it would be too normal, so we could only use the stuntman - the most disadvantaged character in the acting world. They are the ones who always take on the difficult and dangerous stages but are always disadvantaged, because in the end, no one knows who they are," said Vinny Vu.
This is the second MV that Vinny Vu and Ha Anh collaborated on.
MV Cascadeur tells the story of a guy who has been pursuing a girl for many years, always comforting her whenever she is sad, even when she has a broken heart. One day, the guy reciprocates, and they fall in love.
However, when the guy was at his happiest, the girl's ex-lover appeared and wanted to get back together. As a result, the girl left the guy to get back with her ex...
"In life, there are also many people who play the role of stuntman. For example, doing work as a substitute. Back in the days when we were still singing in groups, Vu's group had a lot of people who acted as a substitute like that," said Vinny Vu.
The male singer said that the difficulty in making the MV Cascadeur was that the crew was all in Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, they could not sit directly in the production process, edit and edit the music together, and the exchange was very time-consuming. In return, they were all brothers who had worked together for many years and played together outside, so everyone supported each other as much as possible.
"Vu and Ha Anh as well as rapper LK are very satisfied with this product, both the visuals and sound are better than expected," Vinny Vu shared.
The MV features a crew that is familiar with each other.
Notably, in this MV, Vinny Vu and Ha Anh collaborated with famous rapper LK: "LK is not only a long-time brother of ours, but also a prestigious name in the hearts of the audience. Moreover, all three brothers are artists of the 8X generation, so they certainly have similarities in life experiences, musical thinking, and sensitivity to the market. We think no one can take on a better role than LK in this project."
After the MV Cascadeur , Vinny Vu and Ha Anh revealed that they will collaborate on an album by Hay Entertainment with legendary songs about Hanoi's autumn: "In addition to collaborating on music, Vu and Ha Anh also own a company together, a group of like-minded brothers on the artistic path. The upcoming autumn product will be songs that have already touched people's hearts and now, through the feelings of the 8X, 9X and Gen Z generations, Hay Entertainment mixed together, promising to bring the audience a feeling that is both familiar and new.
