Complete and submit to the National Assembly the Law on Organization of Local Government (amended)

The Resolution stated that the Government approved the draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended) submitted by the Ministry of Home Affairs in Submission No. 1195/TTr-BNV dated April 10, 2025.

The Government assigns the Minister of Home Affairs to be responsible for receiving comments from Government members, completing the dossier of the draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended); authorized by the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Government, to sign the Government's Submission on the draft Law and related documents to submit to the National Assembly according to regulations;

The Minister of Home Affairs shall closely coordinate with the agencies of the National Assembly; proactively report and explain during the examination process, receive opinions from the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly on the draft Law in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and be responsible for the content of the report.
