Completed appraisal of 158 sets of documents

Mr. Doan Van Tuan, Director of Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company, Lao Cai Branch, said that by April 18, the Company had completed the appraisal of 158 sets of documents for selling social housing. Currently, the provincial Department of Construction is continuing to appraise 128 new sets of documents of low-income people in the localities.

Building A1+B1 is under construction of the 10th floor. Expected to be completed and handed over in the third quarter of 2025.

The social housing project in the left bank of the Red River, Van Hoa commune, has a scale of 4 buildings, 12 floors high, 760 apartments; total floor area of ​​about 66,560 m 2 , land area of ​​1.66 ha; construction area of ​​8,593 m 2 ; construction density of 51.74%; building height of 45.95 m. The area of ​​each apartment is from 45 to 76 m 2 . Population size of about 1,870 people (25m 2 floor/person)

Other items to be invested include: Traffic system, internal traffic routes, parking lot, trees, yard... Total project investment is 563 billion VND .

Up to now, 2 buildings A1 + B1, are under construction of the 10th floor. Expected to be completed and handed over in the third quarter of 2025.

2 buildings A2+B2, 1st floor columns and walls are under construction, expected to be completed and handed over in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The sale of future houses of the project has been announced by the Department of Construction as eligible, with the appraisal price (provisional) being 15,976,757 VND/ m2 of use (depending on the specific location calculated by the coefficient).
