On the afternoon of December 22, the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council had a working session with the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment to supervise the contents expected to be presented at the 19th session of the Provincial People's Council, scheduled to take place on December 29. Four reports and proposals, including: the plan to allocate and use the central budget to reward revenue exceeding the 2022 budget estimate; the situation of allocating the public investment capital plan in 2023 (phase 2); the decision to adjust the investment policy of the project "Road to the production area of ​​Tien Chau commune (Tien Phuoc); the proposal to extend the time for capital arrangement and allocation of the public investment capital plan in 2024, were commented on and approved by the delegates.

According to the Department of Finance, the total central source of rewards for exceeding the estimated revenue in 2022 will be allocated at 318.8 billion VND. According to the Department of Planning and Investment, the allocated capital (phase 2) is about 90 billion VND, adjusting the total investment of the project "Road to the production area of ​​Tien Chau commune (Tien Phuoc) from 19.81 billion VND to 22.58 billion VND (an increase of 2.77 billion VND), implemented in the period of 2021 - 2024.

Extend the time to allocate capital for the project "Safety warning, marking the boundary of protection areas of dams and irrigation reservoirs" and the project "Repairing and upgrading the anchorage and storm shelter area for An Hoa fishing boats".
