Hoai Lam said he had a neurological disease and could not control his emotions. He had to be hospitalized for treatment and stopped singing for three months.
On the afternoon of December 4, the singer said he was being treated at a hospital in Can Tho, taking medication as prescribed by his doctor. "For the next three months, I will stop singing and cancel shows to focus on recovery," the singer said.
Currently, Hoai Lam's parents and relatives are taking turns to visit the hospital to take care of him. He hopes to recover soon and return to the stage. Previously, Hoai Lam announced the cancellation of two concerts on December 15 and 21 in Ho Chi Minh City due to health issues.
At the end of November, the singer left the management company, worked independently, and took the new stage name TuLo - short for Tuan Loc, his real name. To mark his return, the singer planned to perform a music night at a tea room in Ho Chi Minh City.
