Focus all your efforts on becoming a district
Hoai Duc District is accelerating the process of completing the missing criteria (currently meeting 25/31 criteria) in the process of becoming a district. In particular, the criteria of urban traffic density, public green space, urban medical facilities and the rate of urban wastewater treatment are being focused on investment to better serve people's lives.
Specifically, regarding traffic infrastructure, Hoai Duc district prioritizes resources for important projects, expected to be completed in the 2023-2024 period, such as Inter-regional Road 1; Inter-regional Road 8; Lai Yen - Van Canh Road; DH 02 Road; Inter-regional Road 6.
Major routes directly connecting Hoai Duc with My Dinh central area and the inner city area have also been expanded and built with a total investment of up to thousands of billions of VND, typically: Tay Thang Long route connecting Tay Ho area with Hoai Duc and Dan Phuong districts running parallel to National Highway 32; Ring Road 3.5 connecting from Nhon to Thang Long Avenue running through Hoai Duc district; Trinh Van Bo extended route connecting Hoai Duc with Nam Tu Liem and Ring Road 3; Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station Metro line...
Park facilities, green areas, concentrated sports areas (total area of about 42.2 hectares) in Duc Giang, Song Phuong, Duc Thuong, Cat Que, An Thuong communes, according to the public investment plan, and parks and green areas in urban areas in the area (area of about 10 hectares) are also strengthened by the locality to ensure progress.
In Duc Thuong commune, Hoai Duc district, the construction progress of commercial and service centers in urban areas is being focused on (Truong Hai auto showroom project, Tram Troi town commercial center and ICD My Dinh inland port project).
The wastewater treatment plant project in Son Dong commune; Van Canh wastewater treatment plant projects assigned by the city as investors; local wastewater treatment stations and collection systems in coastal communes such as Dong La, Van Con, Yen So, Song Phuong, Cat Que... and in urban areas are also inspected, reviewed, and urged to complete the construction process, ensuring progress.
On the other hand, Hoai Duc district also requested the City People's Committee to deploy procedures to prepare for investment and construction of Lai Yen wastewater treatment plant and wastewater treatment plant in Nam An Khanh area.
New destination for residential and investment needs
The process of striving to become a district, the "transformation" of infrastructure and the trend of moving out of the core area of Hanoi have created an attraction for workers to work and live in Hoai Duc. This explains why in recent years, the local real estate market has witnessed price increases in many segments, especially in the area along Highway 32.
Currently, Hoai Duc has successfully attracted investment from many real estate corporations such as Vingroup, WTO, Sunshine... The appearance of these giants with large-scale, methodical investment in apartment and urban projects not only contributes to the excitement of real estate but also promotes economic and social development here.
Among the outstanding projects in Hoai Duc, The Wisteria, part of the Hinode Royal Park urban area project (Kim Chung commune and Di Trach commune), invested by WTO, is the name that receives much attention.
Located on the frontage of Highway 32 and the largest avenue of Hinode Royal Park urban area - Binh Minh Avenue, The Wisteria can easily connect to many areas in the city, such as My Dinh, Cau Giay and Thang Long Avenue. The project is built on an area of over 1.6 hectares, including 3 towers with 25 floors above ground and 2 basements, providing the market with 840 apartments with many area options, meeting the diverse needs of customers.
In addition to its convenient location, The Wisteria also benefits from the entertainment, recreation and shopping facilities within the Hinode Royal Park urban area such as: a 6-hectare lake system, a shopping mall system, coffee shops, internal parks, landscape parks, children's playgrounds, gym spa systems, commercial service areas, etc.
Experts say that when meeting the criteria and becoming a district in 2025, Hoai Duc will become a new administrative, economic and cultural center in a multipolar capital, promising to be an ideal residential destination.
