Miss Ngoc Han rides a bicycle in a parade to spread green and frugal lifestyle

This morning, November 10, 2024, Miss Ngoc Han and delegates, staff and students of the Vietnam Women's Academy cycled through the streets of Hanoi with a message of saving and protecting the environment.

The Bicycle Parade event with the theme "Green Savings" was organized by the Vietnam Women's Academy, with the participation of Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien - Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy, Ms. Anna Szalwicki - Deputy Coordinator of DSIK (German Savings Bank) in Southeast Asia and Miss Ngoc Han along with many staff, lecturers, students and guests.

Speaking at the program, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien said that the event aims to encourage the community to participate in saving activities such as saving money, saving energy and protecting the environment, recycling, reusing materials and minimizing waste. This not only helps reduce waste but also reduces the impact on natural resources. Use energy-saving devices, limit unnecessary energy use, use renewable energy (such as solar energy, wind energy) instead of energy from non-renewable sources.

Miss Ngoc Han spreads green lifestyle to students

Sharing at the event, Miss Ngoc Han said that the issue of environmental protection is very urgent and needs everyone's attention: "Green living comes from very small, daily actions but has great significance to protect the environment that everyone can do. Like being able to turn off a light, turn off the fan, air conditioner when leaving the house. For students, saving from the smallest things is also a way for you to live fully with 24 hours of green living".

The parade carries a message of saving and protecting the environment.

Miss Ngoc Han and the parade started from the Vietnam Women's Academy at 68 Nguyen Chi Thanh, moving through Lieu Giai, Van Cao and Trich Sai streets, along the West Lake, carrying a youthful, dynamic image along with the message of saving and protecting the environment.
