In addition to the achievements, in the work of Party building and implementation of the Party Charter, there are still some limitations that need to be overcome, namely: The institutionalization and concretization of some Party resolutions are still slow; ideological work still has limitations, the combativeness, self-criticism and criticism in Party organizations are not high.
Some cadres and party members are not pioneers and role models, showing signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle. Inspection and examination work on preventing and combating corruption and negativity is still limited...
At the Conference, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the achieved results, limitations, weaknesses and causes; sharing good experiences, creative and effective ways in implementing the tasks of Party building, implementing the Party Charter and making recommendations and proposing solutions in the coming time.
Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long emphasized that Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, agencies and localities continue to lead and direct to thoroughly grasp and institutionalize to organize the strict, drastic, urgent, synchronous, timely and effective implementation of the Party and State's guidelines and policies.
At the same time, it is necessary to continue to unite, unify, and do well the work of Party building and rectification in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres; improve the leadership capacity, governing capacity, fighting strength of the Party and the effectiveness and efficiency of State management.
Continue to strongly innovate the Party's leadership methods. Lead the completion of the targets, tasks and 4 strategic breakthroughs at the highest level in the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress; complete the key program, inspection and supervision program for the entire term of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
Continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; strongly innovate the content and methods of political and ideological work, ensuring Party spirit, scientific nature, fighting nature, practicality, timeliness and effectiveness; improve the quality of propaganda, education and study of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought.
At the Conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee awarded certificates of merit to outstanding Party Committees in 2023 including: Hoa Binh city, Yen Thuy district, and Hoa Binh Provincial Police.
