Hoa Binh disseminates experience in site clearance work

The conference aims to disseminate and provide specific guidance on a number of cases in compensation, support, and site clearance at projects to speed up project implementation progress.

Specialized officials from districts, cities to communes, wards and towns are all instructed to thoroughly understand the following contents: principles and conditions for compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land; organizing the implementation of investigation, survey, recording the current status, measuring, counting, classifying the recovered area and assets attached to the recovered land, the recovered land area; instructions on making land compensation plans for specific cases; the work of recovering and correcting certificates after recovery; the work of updating and correcting land records.
