Support young entrepreneurs in Ha Tinh in training and human resource management

Members of the Ha Tinh Young Entrepreneurs Association had the opportunity to listen, share and understand more about experiences and knowledge in training and human resource management, contributing to business development.

On the morning of August 18, the Ha Tinh Young Entrepreneurs Association coordinated with the Provincial Center for Enterprise Development Support and Investment Promotion to organize a business coffee program with the theme "Training, development and effective human resource management in enterprises".

The program was attended by about 60 members of the Ha Tinh Young Entrepreneurs Association.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Trinh - Chairman of Ha Tinh Young Entrepreneurs Association: The Entrepreneurs Coffee Program is a space for young entrepreneurs to meet and support each other in developing their businesses. Hopefully, the program will be effective and bring many values ​​to the business community and businesses in Ha Tinh.

At the program, expert Le Huu Nam - Operations Director of HRD Academy shared about contents such as: connecting human resources, building a positive working environment; building human resource training programs based on business goals; orienting business and human resource development in line with market trends and new technology... Thereby, helping members better understand the importance of training, development and human resource management to promote business development.

Members also shared their experiences in human resource management at their businesses and had experts answer questions about human resource management.
