"Entertainment queen" Ho Ngoc Ha takes on the role of judge in VTV's Talent Rendezvous contest with singer Truc Nhan and musician Huy Tuan.

Sharing the reason for returning to television after many years, Ho Ngoc Ha said she recognized the dedication of the program's crew as well as the criteria that fit the image the female singer has pursued for many years. With those factors, she accepted to be a judge on the Talent Rendezvous contest.

"The program is fun, every weekend I come out to record, unlike other programs that require me to spend too much time accompanying and training the contestants every day. The work is light, the salary is high, and I get to appear beautiful, so there's no reason why I wouldn't accept," Ho Ngoc Ha gracefully shared.

When asked about the division of roles among the judges, Ho Ngoc Ha said Truc Nhan would play the villain, musician Huy Tuan would be the difficult person, and the female singer herself would play the gentle role.

"Talking about the two words "bad reputation", I think there are many angles to look at. With my personality - a bit fierce, a bit sarcastic - my music has its own unique color. If I were too gentle, too secure in my heart, I probably wouldn't be able to perform the songs that I have gone through over ten years of working in the profession ," Truc Nhan said.

From the perspective of a former contestant, Truc Nhan brings lessons to the contestants. Truc Nhan frankly admits: " I had my first hit song and thought that was enough - no need for staging, no need for choreography. But a few years later, I realized: it was not enough."

Drawing from his thorny journey, Truc Nhan affirmed the most important criteria for a young artist: "To me, the artist's personality is the most important thing. Then comes talent, charm and other factors."

Because he has gone through many mistakes and challenges, he is willing to "bear a bad reputation" to give advice and share the most authentic experiences, helping the contestants of Talent Rendezvous have a solid foundation.
