Player Nguyen Thanh Thao (HCMC Club) was fined 15 million VND and suspended for the next 3 matches for intentionally violating the body of an opposing player, in the match between HCMC Club and Ha Tinh Club on December 26, 2023.
In addition, The Cong Viettel Club and Khanh Hoa Club were both fined 2 million VND because 5 players received yellow cards in the match of round 7 of V-League.
