Sharing the secret to success, the Korean coach said: "First of all, I observed the players on the field to understand their strengths and weaknesses. I chose people who fit my philosophy. However, coach Kim Sang Sik believes that there is still much more that can be done when he has not spent enough time with his players. "Normally, when the national team gathers for 5 days, they need 1-2 days to adapt. Therefore, the actual preparation time is only 1-2 days before each match. That period of time is too short to talk to each player, as well as convey my tactics and philosophy to them," he said.

I think I need to improve and work harder." Coach Kim Sang Sik was cautious when talking about the future goals of the Vietnamese team: "Many teams in Southeast Asia use naturalized players.
