Recently, on social networks, the content "Dong Linh Primary School - Thanh Hoa: The principal does not allow the fan to be turned on during recess, if the student is too hot and turns it on, the principal will lower the student's conduct and force the parent to report".
The above content is said to be from a parent of class 5D, Dong Linh Primary School, Dong Linh ward, Thanh Hoa city.
Speaking with VietNamNet , Mr. Le Van Son, homeroom teacher of class 5D, Dong Linh Primary School, said that he had grasped the content of parents' reflections on social networks about the above matter.

According to Mr. Son, during recess yesterday morning (April 22), during class, he received a message from the principal informing him on the school's zalo group that he was criticizing class 5D.
“After receiving the message, I went down to check and saw that in the classroom (during recess) there were 4 students with 5 fans on and the lights were still on. Thinking that the principal requested a review for this reason, I informed the class group to ask the parents to write a report and announced a class-wide conduct reduction,” said Mr. Son.
According to Mr. Son, the request for a report was not a directive from the school, but came from him personally, with the hope that parents would cooperate in reminding their children to save electricity. Previously, teachers had reminded them many times, but students still turned on the entire electrical system even when no one was in the classroom.
"My texting parents was a personal action, unrelated to the principal's instructions," Mr. Son affirmed.

Mr. Cao Ngoc Nam, Principal of Dong Linh Primary School, said that it is incorrect for parents to post on social media that the principal does not allow fans to be turned on during recess.
“I sent a message in the school group criticizing class 5D for many reasons, not for turning on the lights. The homeroom teacher misunderstood and explained the idea to the parents,” said Mr. Nam.
According to Mr. Nam, Dong Linh Primary School has two campuses, A and B, with a total of 582 students. The distance between the two campuses is more than 3km.
Area B (where the parents reported the incident) has 115 students, but every month the electricity and water bills are half of the main fee. Therefore, the school recommends that students be more conscious about saving electricity.
“Because the two schools are far apart, the school uses a Zalo group to direct work. Mr. Son admitted to misunderstanding the principal’s intention. The school also met with the parent who posted the information. This parent understood the nature of the incident and removed the content posted on Facebook,” said Mr. Nam.
