Thanh Hoa Provincial Business Association promotes investment in Binh Duong

Within the framework of investment promotion activities in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southeast region, on November 25, Comrade Nguyen Van Thi, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments, agencies, branches, and organizations of Thanh Hoa province, Thanh Hoa Provincial Business Association visited and worked at Becamex Corporation (IDC), Binh Duong province.

At the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi gave an overview of the advantages of Thanh Hoa province, the development of Nghi Son Economic Zone and the planning of the industrial park system; the fields that Thanh Hoa is interested in attracting investment, especially industry, large-scale agriculture, high technology, trade - services, policies to create jobs for rural workers with the view of helping workers leave agriculture, not leave their hometown.

Appreciating the advantages and development of Thanh Hoa in recent years, Becamex leaders said that the unit has planned to expand connections with provinces and cities, and affirmed that in terms of policy, it will conduct research to invest in Thanh Hoa.

During the trip, the delegation also visited Huy Hoang Gia Scrap Company Limited - a member of Thanh Hoa Entrepreneurs Club in Ho Chi Minh City and the South. From a scrap collection facility, the company is now a reputable enterprise in purchasing, recycling scrap, and warehousing with many branches in the South, creating jobs for many workers and contributing to environmental protection.
