Tonight, February 28, a rare event will take place when 7 planets align in the sky. If you miss it, you will have to wait until 2040 to see it again.

According to CNBC, on the night of February 28, Vietnam time, 7 planets including Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Venus, Neptune, Mercury and Saturn will appear in a straight line in the sky. This is probably a spectacular sight that can be observed from Earth, even in places with high levels of light pollution, most of the planets can still be seen. However, to observe Neptune and Uranus, you will need binoculars or a telescope to see clearly. In addition, experts recommend that to see most clearly, people should go to areas with less artificial light.

"Mars will appear in the east, Jupiter and Uranus in the southeast, while Venus, Neptune and Saturn will be to the west," explains Dr Christopher Barnes, senior lecturer at the University of Derby (UK).

The best time to view this phenomenon is just after sunset, when the stars begin to twinkle in the sky. This event offers a rare opportunity to observe several planets in a clear formation in the night sky.

If you miss this opportunity, you will have to wait until 2040 to see the 7 planets align. In addition, the next alignment event after this one will be in October 2028, when at least 5 planets will appear in the sky. Or in February 2034, a similar event will also occur.
