The tournament took place from August 11 to 13 in the coastal city of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province, and was the second event in the marathon system organized by VnExpress to reach the milestone of 11,000 domestic and international athletes participating.
VnExpress Marathon Marvelous Nha Trang attracts 11,000 athletes
"Through our long-term support for marathon events, we continue to contribute to raising awareness among the community about the importance of regular exercise combined with balanced nutrition for a healthier life. Running groups and communities are growing stronger, and we hope that after each marathon, more people will make running a daily habit and inspire others to join in," said Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Director of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia.
Participating in the VnExpress Marathon Marvelous Nha Trang 2023 include domestic and international professional athletes as well as amateur athletes, competing in short, medium and long distances - including distances of 5 km, 10 km, 21 km and 42 km. The running route also gives athletes the opportunity to experience and explore the beautiful scenery and famous tourist destinations of Nha Trang city.
The VnExpress Marathon Marvelous Nha Trang 2023 is the third event, after the VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue 2023 and the VnExpress Marathon Sparkling Quy Nhon 2023, in the series of races organized by VnExpress that Herbalife Vietnam will sponsor this year. The next races will be held in Ha Long in September and Hai Phong in December.
