The Provincial People's Council will consider and approve the policy of arranging provincial-level administrative units.

BTO-On the afternoon of April 24, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council (NA and PE) held a press conference to inform about the content and agenda of the 34th session (special session) - Provincial People's Council, term XI. Attending the press conference were leaders and reporters of local press agencies and some resident press agencies in the province.

Mr. Ngo Minh Hoa - Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council said that the Standing Committee of the 11th Provincial People's Council decided to convene the 34th session (special session) on the afternoon of April 28, 2025 at the Provincial Border Guard Command Hall to decide on contents under the authority submitted by the Provincial People's Committee.

Specifically, it is expected that 7 contents will be considered and approved at the meeting, including: Regulations on support levels for some contents in the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the period 2021 - 2025 in the province; Allocation of state budget capital in 2025 to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in the province; Adjustment of central budget capital in 2025 to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the province; Regulations on expenditure levels to ensure the organization of compensation, support and resettlement when the State acquires land in the province.

Also at this session, the Provincial People's Council will consider and approve the adjustment of the 2025 public investment plan using provincial budget capital; approve the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units of Binh Thuan province in 2025; and approve the policy of arranging provincial-level administrative units.
