At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council listened to the adjustment of the list of Resolutions submitted to the end-of-year session of the 18th Provincial People's Council of the Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee added 5 Resolutions to the list, amended and adjusted 1 Resolution and removed 9 Resolutions from the list.

In October, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council prepared and organized a special session of the Provincial People's Council; deployed a special supervision plan of the Provincial People's Council on the results of 3 years of implementing the 2021 - 2025 public investment plan of Nghe An province at units; deployed a special supervision plan of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on the prevention and combat of crimes related to "black credit" activities, crimes using high technology to defraud and appropriate property at units; effectively implemented the work of building and promulgating resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, people's petition work, information and propaganda; handled issues arising between the two sessions of the Provincial People's Council... Directed the synthesis of recommendations and responses to voters' recommendations before and after the 21st session to serve the People's Council delegates in meeting voters before the session at the end of 2024. Directed and urged the settlement of voters' recommendations. Up to now, 15/15 departments, branches and localities have responded to and resolved 96/96 opinions and recommendations sent by voters to voter meetings before the 21st session of the Provincial People's Council.

Concluding the regular meeting, Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested that in November, the preparation work for the regular meeting at the end of 2024 of the Provincial People's Council be directed in accordance with regulations and quality assurance.
