The 12 resolutions that have just been passed include: socio-economic development tasks, national security and defense in the last 6 months of 2024; approval and approval of adjustments to investment policies for a number of projects; adjustment and supplementation of the 2024 Public Investment Plan, expected investment viewpoints, orientations, principles for selecting project portfolios of the 2025 Public Investment Plan, updating and adjusting the 5-year Medium-Term Public Investment Plan 2021 - 2025.
In addition, there is a resolution on the detailed planning task of the construction at a scale of 1/500 for the project to restore and embellish the Trung Gia revolutionary resistance relic; the district budget revenue and expenditure estimates for the first 6 months of the year and the tasks for the last 6 months of 2024; on the total settlement of the district budget revenue and expenditure in 2023; on the proposal to dismiss the position of member of the People's Committee of Soc Son district for the term 2021 - 2026.
The People's Council of Soc Son district also issued resolutions on the Supervisory Program of the District People's Council in 2025; the results of the dismissal of the position of Head of the Economic - Social Committee of the District People's Council; the results of the dismissal of the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Committee of the District People's Council; confirmation of the results of the election of the additional Head of the Economic - Social Committee of the District People's Council; confirmation of the results of the election of the additional Deputy Head of the Economic - Social Committee of the District People's Council, term XX, 2021 - 2026.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council Nguyen Nam Ha affirmed that the adopted resolutions are the basis and important legal basis for the district to effectively use resources, creating initiative in implementing the district's socio-economic development in the last 6 months of 2024 and the following years. At the same time, the timely completion of positions at the meeting ensures continued improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the District People's Council's operations for the 2021-2026 term.
In order to promptly and seriously implement the Resolutions approved by the meeting, Chairman of the District People's Council Nguyen Nam Ha requested that the District People's Committee, branches, communes and towns develop specific and detailed plans with clear names, tasks, responsibilities and completion time to implement the resolutions of the People's Council, especially focusing on specific solutions to accelerate the progress of budget collection and disbursement of public investment capital in the district. The Committees, Delegation Groups and delegates of the District People's Council should step up activities to supervise and urge the compliance with the law and the implementation of the resolutions of the District People's Council in a practical, effective and focused manner.
